In America a citizens self worth is determined first by their race. Lady liberty is not color blind; consequently a citizen’s racial design has a deep affect on one’s net worth. America’s history shows that a person’s status is worth more than the person and if you can control access to status, you can control the person. American citizens are divided into two categories majority and minority. We are asked to identify ourselves, via credit applications, loan applications, census information, often by race. Why is that? It’s because this is the 1st and 2nd class-system of America. If you are white you are in the majority class by default. • The minority class is the section too small to have control. • The majority class is the section large enough to have control. We are not just simply all Americans no matter how much they try to make you think or say we are. Can a lower class citizen be upgraded by sheer strength in numbers? No they can’t. Although many Latinos think there closing in on this preferred status, they are only fooling themselves. It’s true that they our growing at an alarming rate throughout America however, they will never become the first class citizen because America was never established to serve the interest of Latinos. First class citizenship in America is not based on increased peoples of a particular racial group, but rather the racial make-up of the founding Anglo Saxons.
