About the Author
Parker- is a singer/songwriter from California who owns a small music publishing business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has traveled abroad as a civilian and in the US Air Force. As a soldier Parker vowed to maintain integrity, and service to the Commander in Chief, as a songwriter Parker’s integrity is steadfast and he’s committed to a higher consciousness. Parker’s venture into literary work is as natural as his song writing. After writing the song (Obama-Things Can Get Better) during the 2008 campaign… Parker, like many Americans was ecstatic after the inauguration of President Barack H. Obama. The feeling of inclusion, acceptance, change, and hope was so powerful it felt like the true American dream. The euphoria was unfortunately short lived because there was a segment in America that saw his election as an end of an era… a nightmare on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue! For nearly two years now, Parker has listened to what this segment of America has had to say about our first African American President. There consistent position of NO has prompted Parker to defend our first American “minority” President.
